Good exposure to Fashion, Cosmetics. Completely perfect in effective marketing, successful merchandising, strong vendor relations, powerful liaising, and sound selling techniques and proficient in inventory management. Proven talent for change management with demonstrated track record of early adaptation to technological advances to increase value, consistently positioning companies ahead of the curve in areas of greatest revenue growth. Proven ability to turnaround underperforming operations.

Requirements

• Retail Management/Supervisory experiences in Retail - for 7-12 years
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• Diploma/Certificate in Fashion-wear business is an advantage
• Sound Judgment and Decision Making skills
• Strong skills in Marketing & Sales Operation Management and Merchandising,
• Strong skills in People Development and Team Building
• Strong skills in strategic planning and cost control & crisis management
• Strong skills in market penetration and new market-start-up
