Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading progressive industrial group who have been in the Region for many years. However recently they have diversified into next generation materials for the building and construction industry and have now opened their Greenfield state of the Art Manufacturing plant in Jebel Ali specialising in a unique flooring, wall and ceiling product. As such they are looking for a leader with 15-20 years of stellar achievements and experience in sales and marketing operations in the building material industry in the GCC region to lead a new team.

Requirements

A background in plywood/ MDF/ Gypsum board/ flooring industries is preferred. Strong networking within construction industry, architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction/furniture-related retail businesses is a pre-requisite. They are looking for future thought-leaders who will excel at everything they do not simply do justice to their regular call of duty. You will have overall responsibility for marketing and sales operations initially in the UAE and expand in the immediate future to other GCC countries, Africa and CIS region. You must prove you can think out-of-the-box and bring exponential value to the organization .You should believe that targets are meant to be exceeded, be a self-starter with strong inter-personal skills and the right attitude to develop markets. Additional pre-requisite abilities must include excellent communication, well honed business plan formulation, mobilisation of marketing/ sales teams, team building and channel management. Fluency in spoken Arabic will definitely be preferred and an added advantage.
