Sales & Marketing Manager- Commercial Vehicles & Trucks - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar

As the sales and marketing manager you will be responsible for our Commercial Vehicles and Volvo Truck & Bus operations. You will be required to lead, control and motivate the sales operations in Qatar to ensure, as a minimum, the achievement of budgeted sales, gross margins, and net contribution for Units.

Based in Doha, Qatar you will need to provide team with all the tools to succeed whilst building market intelligence and developing & implementing marketing plans to exploit every opportunity to gain market share, increase revenues and profitability of sales department.

Requirements

Ideally you will have ten years automotive industry experience with around 3 years managerial experience within in sales & marketing. An Engineering/business degree from an accredited college would be an advantage.

You should have excellent organisational, interpersonal and management skills whilst being able to cope under pressure. Competency in analysing market situations and taking correct decisions will help you to succeed in this role.
