Within this career enhancing role, you will manage the sales objectives through careful planning and execution of marketing/advertising campaigns and a well elaborated business Development strategic plan. You will enjoy this varied role whic includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
Requirements
* 3 - 5 years' work experience in the UAE market is a MUST.
* A University degree in any Business management field, sales and marketing majors will be an advantage.
* A track record of similar challenges is required.
* Additional hours may be required for project work.
Competencies required for the position
* Knowledge of air cargo and shipping industries will be an advantage.
* Knowledge of freight forwarding operations will be required.
* Experience in supply chain strategic planning and execution.
* Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
* Knowledge of structuring supply chain functions and cost expectations.
* Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to lead and facilitate high performing group meetings.
