Sales & Marketing Manager - Whole Sale / Retail Home Appliances & Electronics

- Hire, train and supervise the sales and merchandising team
- Work with senior management and principals representatives
- Establish key account relationships with major clients and hyper markets and power retailers and problem solving and maintain business growth.
- Planning new strategies for capturing the maximum market share.
- Solicit new business at all levels of distribution channels, including hyper markets and power retailers and dealers.
- Forecast, implement, analyze and attain the maximum performance and identify the opportunities and threats to maintain and improve on sales.
- Administer and implement the information between the management and field sales staff and customer base.
- Researching the market and related products.
- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face.
- Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Liaising & coordinate for the progress of existing orders;
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Take bottom line responsibility for sales
