Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This leading vocational training institute based near Muscat has an immediate need for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities for all of their training centres, managing the sales team and driving revenues.

Summary of the Job Role
- Growth and expansion of the business in the regions
- Sales Management
- Internal & External Marketing and Brand Management
- Principal Relationship Management
- Manage, sales team and marketing staff
- Deliver on revenue and profitability targets.
- Decide course pricing with the assistance of Training Director(s) and Finance Director and recommend timing and scheduling of the same.

Key Responsibilities
- Define overall sales strategy for meeting the budget.
- Ensure marketing activities are executed as per plan, track ROI of these.
- Plan, budget and introduce new price packages/special offers from time to time to stimulate sales.
- Ensure high delivery standards are maintained to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the branches for their sales / marketing activities.
- Serve as an escalation point for post-sales issues of customers.
- Ensure programme mix and curriculum is according to in house and market demand.
- Recommend new programmes at strategic times and in line with the competition offerings.
- Maintain a professional and proactive communication with Government and corporate clients to maintain and enhance brand image.
- Negotiate for current/future pricing and extract maximum support from Principals for the benefit of the Company

Requirements

- Business Management degree
- Excellent sales & marketing experience, ideally within education / training
- Strong management experience
