Job description / Role
One of the UAE's most successful local businesses with big ambitions to become a world leader in flexible packaging solutions, our client is on a rapid growth trajectory with an innovative product range.
They are looking to appoint and exceptional leader to deliver their ambition and drive the sales team to new heights.
Reporting to the GM you will be responsible for directing a team of 15 Sales/Business Development Executives to uncover and win new and profitable opportunities across the region.
You'll be responsible for the launch and success of new product lines. You'll manage key accounts ensuring maximum return/penetration. You'll be required to create and implement a winning strategic plan for the division.
Requirements
You'll be a seasoned professional with 10 years plus experience in plastics/flexible packaging manufacturing.
You'll need to be able to demonstrate your success in terms of revenue growth, account management and improving the performance of your team.
Finally, you'll be totally "au fait' with the latest technology and be able to advise senior management on how strategic goals can be realised.
