Job description / Role
Our client, a global industry leading FMCG organisation with over 400 brands spanning 14 categories of food, home and personal care products, has been present in the MENA region since 1933. Today they employ over 200,000 people in 100 countries worldwide.
Due to continued regional growth they are now looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Category Operations Officer to assist the Category Operations Manager in all Sales/Market related analysis & operational projects, and ensure timely submission of periodical sales & category operational tasks & analysis reports.
Reporting to the Category Operations Manager, key tasks will include but not be restricted to:
• Raising Monthly APs (Visibility & Drives)
• Feeding SAP Allocations as per Category Operations Manager's Guidelines.
• Circulating Daily/weekly/Monthly reports.
• Collecting Drives Utilization data from.
• Updating Innovations tracking reports (listing, PS, Samples Distribution & Tracking)
• Updating Promo Utilization Reports.
• Conducting Quarterly SKU Mix Analysis.
• Extract & design templates as a base for ACNielsen data.
• Assist in Monitoring Market Status across KSA Branches.
• Assist Executing Operational Based Projects across KSA Branches.
• Gather Market data on a need basis & share it in a tractable format.
• Gather KA Customers Stock Reports
Requirements
• 1-2 Years experience preferred, fresh graduates will be considered
• Organizational skills
• Team alignment
• Cross function working
• Operationally Strong
• Strong analytical skills
• Advance in handling MS Office Excel & intermediate in PowerPoint
• Good interactive Skills
• Excellent English Skills & Preferably Arabic.
