Job description / Role

We are looking for a tenacious, ambitious and experienced 360 Recruiter to maintain and develop our existing Sales & Marketing desk in Dubai. Globally Hays Sales & Marketing is considered to be one of our strongest brands and we are looking to further develop this existing desk, across multiple industry sectors for our Dubai business. Due to continued growth in this sector after 10 years of being located in the UAE, we are now expanding Hays Sales & Marketing to continue to provide an expert service to our growing list of clients and candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment & management responsibilities required.
- Maintaining and developing clients and global sales & marketing professionals within the UAE market.

Requirements

- Must have UAE experience.
- Ideally degree qualified.
- Previous Sales & Marketing Recruiter experience desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, 1 of which is recruiting for Sales & Marketing.
- Strong business development background essential.
- Must have a strong ability to influence and persuade.
- Must exhibit tenacity and a positive attitude.
- Attractive remuneration for the successful candidate.
