Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator - Middle East & Africa (MEA)

We are experiencing significant growth in our MEA region. We are therefore looking for an energetic, commercially astute and business focused Sales Marketing Support Coordinator who wants to develop themselves through this exceptional opportunity. The role is an integral part of our successful and growing team in MEA.

Working in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director MEA and our valuable Distributor network throughout the region, the role will facilitate and support the execution of all sales and marketing strategies implemented across the region in order to exceed business revenue targets and deliver value to our local customers. The role is part of creating a sustainable platform for the future in alignment with existing global sales and marketing frameworks.

In particular, the incumbent will need to handle all sales processing related activities, to underpin the business strategy through value-added customer-oriented interactions and support all operational aspects of sales and marketing activities to build the business.

The role will be based in our Dubai office and will require extensive travel across the MEA region

Requirements

- Successfully completed university studies or comparable education (specializing in Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Marketing, Logistics) highly desirable
- 5+ years of related experience in a commercial function (preferably in administration or support) in a multi-national, preferably in an FMCG, consumer electronics, medical devices, pharmaceutical or capital equipment organisation
- Demonstrates a track record in achieving high quality, commercially focused business results
- Experience working for a U.S. based manufacturing company highly preferred.

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Strong attention to detail, accurate, organized and structured, but also flexible
- Stress resistant and able to work on priorities.
- Ability to define, plan and work according to priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and interact with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Solid verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English required), other languages (Arabic) desirable, ability to communicate with people at all levels, good presenter
- Persistent with a seasoned touch. Ability to pace change due to organization ability experience with change management a large plus.
- Comfortable with having to adjust to changes in work environment, work under pressure with a sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines. Adept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously.
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills, able to present an opinion and support it
