Sales Negotiator - Real Estate - Dubai Office

JK Properties are currently recruiting for their sales and leasing teams due to market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price
• List details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties
• Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration
• Take prospective buyers to inspect properties
• Draw up legal agreements between vendors and buyers
• Collects security deposit

Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Real Estate Sales Experience minimum of 2 years
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good presentation and a pleasant manner
• Able to network effectively on his own
• Naturally motivated to achieve – target-driven
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of the local area

• Target AED 80,000 Gross
• 50% net to agent
• 20% net on anything above quarterly target
• 3 months accommodation costs paid for
• No additional cost to agent
