Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Follow up with designated customer.
- Establish a monthly plan for each customer.
- Locate new customers in coordination with marketing.
- Finalize and issue the sales order.
- Follow up the signature of the SO with the customer.
- Follow up the payment as per SO.
- Coordinate dispatches with customer and follow up with customer services.
- Log customer corp.plaint.
- Follow up customer complaint until closure.
- Obtain and meet the targeted sales monthly, quarterly and annually.

Requirements

- BS Marketing or Business Administration or Engineering diploma
- 2 - 5 years minimum experience
- Excellent communication skill in Arabic and English
- Market Knowledge
- Meeting target
