The RoleThe RoleMy client a leading Group of Companies currently require a Sales Operation Manager to be based in Jeddah for the KSA market. The purpose of this role is to manage the sales and spending budget in KSA per region for their consumer goods. Design and develop the sales plan and achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the consumer products in the region by appointing distributers for the brands. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 7-8 years experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector. Proven experience in distributor management is a must for this role. The candidate must have a very dynamic and energetic personality and be results driven with a hunger for success. Strong communication and people skills is a must and experience of managing a team of people will be needed for this role. Only Arabic speakers will be considered for this role. A competitive package of a basic salary plus benefits is on offer for the right candidate. The role will involve traveling so flexibility is needed. |
