Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Sales Operations Manager - Jeddah

Main Job Purpose:
1)Ensure top quality execution of Entire Range (Frozen and Ambient) in retail & general trade across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2) Price survey on quarterly basis.
3) SNOP Adherance to SNOP meetings KPIs & deliverables
4) Market Activities: Reports to be submitted on quality price survey activities
5) Channels: Modern Trade/General Trade/ Semi Wholesale/ Wholesale & Food Service
6) Product: Entire Range (Frozen and Ambient) - Ensure 100% availability of the MSL across the relevant channels.
7) Region: Ensure optimum coverage across KSA with immediate area of concentration will be Riyadh, Kharj, Buraidah, Dammam, Hofuf, Hafr Al Batin & Sakaka.
8) Define clear targets & periodic performance review for Sales Supervisor by their regions.
9) Drive effective implementation of the in-store marketing mix across channels through promoters, merchandisers specific in-store promotional activities.
10) Aligning with Sales team on the implementation of the in-store marketing mix
11) Tracking distributor sales performance at branch level on monthly basis, conduct trade inventory audits and report gaps to Country Manager.
12) Plan and supervise tactical promotions to ensure visibility in the trade and maintain market share
13) Prepare analysis of sales data and forecast of the assigned markets.
14) Monthly Market performance review reporting, consolidation of distributor scorecards (to be given by Country Manager) and development of trade analysis report for better market execution.

OTHER DETAILS:

General Trade - Entire Range (Frozen and Ambient)
16) Establish the agreed MSL across all GT RVS outlets in the above Cities and match the distribution of Other major Principles of Food B Division like McCain, Kelloggs and Britannia.
17) Establish the selected range in all Semi wholesale and wholesale customers
18) Establish full range with proper visibility across all A Class outlets.
19) Ensure that no overstocking OR out of stocks is in the market across all channels.
20) Organize short expiry reports and take corrective actions well in advance with proper approvals and APs.

Modern Trade - (Frozen and Ambient)
21) Ensure 100% availability of all listed products in Key account outlets of the above mentioned cities.
22) Organize market availability surveys and get the gaps filled in by coordinating with the BCO sales team
23) Ensure that no excess stocks loading or out of stocks is in the market across all channels.
24) Organize short expiry reports and take corrective actions well in advance with proper approvals and APs.

Logistics
25) Ensure that enough stock is available across all warehouse locations of the above mentioned cities.
26) Organize warehouse expiry reports for the next 8 month expiry stocks along with recommended actions for near expiry

The job requires travel in and outside Middle East.

Requirements

Essential knowledge:
1) MBA in Sales & Marketing as the medium of University education.
2) A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
3) A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively

Business Skills:
Good negotiation skills, Teamwork, communication skills, financial awareness, Planning and organizing

Experience Required:
1) Work experience of 6-8 plus years Managerial level.
2) Prior work experience in an FMCG environment (MNC food company) - KSA
3) Experience on working for several individuals at the same time is desirable
