Sales Order Processing Executive

Our client are currently looking for a Sales Order Process Executive, duties and responsibilities will include; customer support services with proactive customer communications including:
- Handle any telephone or email inquiries and requests for information on yeast and BI sales and arrange samples where appropriate, supporting the sales team with timely copies of sales offers.
- Taking and confirming orders from customers and raising pro-forma invoices to customers and coordinating with them until completion of shipments
- On a period basis assist in undertaking an agreed sample level of customer surveys to ensure we are moving our offering forward. Report back to management on the findings.
- Register customer complaints, handle complaints communications with customers, follow up with manufacturing factories, get timely cost effective resolution
- Review and monitor any back orders for customers
Supplier co-ordination including:
- Telephone and email communications on sourcing and supply from ABM supplying factories, raising purchase orders to suppliers and coordinating with them until completion of shipments
- Understanding and completing all documents required and maintaining accurate records on country and customer information for banking and transactions, supply chain, regulations, customer contacts, etc.
- Work with logistics providers especially for tracking and recording delivery performance.
- Monitoring debtors and creditors on a weekly basis & assisting in arranging local and overseas payments based on instructions, keeping up to date credit limits for customers and performing monthly inter-company reconciliations.
- Work cross functionally to manage account set ups and ongoing cleansing of account data base, as well as support the sales team in paperwork completion when they are in the field.
- Support sales team by reviewing and updating sales forecasts, follow up with customers if they do not place an order in line with their forecast
- Provide monthly updates and commentary on actual sales versus budget and forecast to ABM team
- Other duties as required to ensure the smooth set-up and on-going running of the Dubai sales office.

Requirements

- Excellent communicators - ability to skilfully listen, respond appropriately to questions, ability to present numerical data effectively, and prepare and deliver high impact presentation of financial information to SLT.
- Good organisational skills
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Numerate with the ability to interpret financial information.
- A strong desire to succeed and an absolute can do attitude.
- An understanding that the work load is not even paced whilst having the ability to prioritise where necessary.
- Experience of sales order processing and the documentation requirements for working in the Middle East and Africa.
- Experience of international groups an advantage but not essential.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a multi-site organisation
- Fluent in English. French & Arabic is an advantage
