Sales Order Processing Executive

NTS Group are working with a multi-national manufacturing company in Dubai to recruit a Sales Order Processing Executive to join the team.
Duties:
1. Review handover sheet as well as customer's Purchase Orders to ensure purchases meet requirements of both buying and selling legal entities, highlighting item details and terms and conditions prior to booking in SAP system.
2. Book Sales Orders in SAP and create Purchase Orders.
3. Ensure Order Confirmations are submitted to customers in accordance with customer's PO and selling entity's Order Confirmation.
4. Monitor progress of all live orders and ensure customers are updated accordingly.
5. Coordinate between customers and entities to clarify and resolve procurement issues as well as "after Sales" complaints.
6. Keep accurate records of discrepancies and prepare monthly report.
7. Prepare and obtain shipping documents and coordinate delivery procedures / instructions between customers and entities.
8. Generate, dispatch, and track Commercial Invoices which should be sent to customers by email and courier.
9. Submit required copies of Intercompany Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Proof of Delivery to Finance Department.
10. Update orders' latest delivery position to maintain accuracy in Monthly Sales Forecast, and expedite as required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Degree Educated.
* 2 Years Admin/Sales Processing Experience.
* Multinational company experience.
* SAP Desirable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
