Sales & Presales

Sales/Presales Manager is responsible for new business development by capturing and understanding the requirements and proposing the right solution. He manages relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure inflow of required inputs. This role also involves supporting all aspects of the pre-sales cycle from requirements analysis to successful evaluation and solution

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Conduct business development activities such as coordination with stakeholders, creating proposals and bids for project sales.
Advise partners, prospects and customers on IT business needs.
Engage with decision makers and analyze partner, prospect and customer needs
Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
Design the technical response to RFPs/RFIs and be part of the strategy definition with the sales team.
Demonstrate and present the solution and its value and conduct prototypes, and pilots.
Develop the sales plans to contribute to overall sales strategies and targets.
Engage to develop the strategies to generate new business for the organization.
Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources from SK C&C Head Quarter to align solution design with customers business requirements.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
Require to work independently and be comfortable in making decisions pertaining to his/her area of work.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements:
Excellent understanding of IT Solutions (Transportation/Security System, Smart City, Education, Smart Card, m-Commerce, etc.)
15+ years of solid experience in pre-sales and SI (System Integration) business or service-oriented company
Minimum 3 years experience in U.A.E market is required
Experience in global company such as Siemens, Indra, Capjemini, Swarco, Atkins, Atos, IBM, Accenture is preferred. Also EAI, AIS, ATLAS, MUBADALA(Injazat, Frontier), TAWAZUN, ATLAS is PLUS
Listening skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, Partner and Customer orientation
Should be result oriented and able to demonstrate skills for communication, negotiation and managing relationships
A good oral / written communication with customers in English and Arabic
All prospective employees must pass a background check

Educational Preferences:
Information Technology-related
Collage/University graduate

English Level 1 (All Positions)
Arabic Level 2 (for Sales & Presales)
