Sales Professionals - Saudi Arabia

Our client, a leading & reputable real estate development with presence in Saudi Arabia, is seeking to recruit qualified sales professionals to join their sales team in Riyadh, KSA.

The incumbent is fully responsible for assisting Sales function in-line with the overall goal of the company:
- Identifying business opportunities in the market-place and building-up an excellent clients relationship is a certain must.
- Maximizing revenue by achieving a pre-set sales target is one of the major objectives of the role.
- Play pro-active role within the sales team in order to ensure target achievements.
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly with the sales force.
- Identify results, and report the same to the management periodically.
- Plan, design and conduct appropriate selling scheme for the property that fells under his / her business responsibility.
- Participate in key-result areas & key performance indicator (KPIs) review process to establish areas of improvement.
- Maintain a high professional & ethical profile in line with the company standards,
- Ensure a thorough understanding about local & regional real estate market and pass it the entire team in transparent manner.

Requirements

- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skill, both in English and Arabic
- Being Arabic speaking is a must.
- Has a direct sale work-experience is must. Preferably to be gained from being working good number of years in the following industries:
- Insurance.
- Real estate development firms.
- Financial service where he/ she were selling the retail-bank products or investment products.
- Customer / client oriented. He / she should know how to speak / approach clients and attract their interest into the product he / she is selling.
- Target & task oriented.
- Has hands-on experience in the selling life cycle, i.e. from the start till the closure. Initiate the contact, establish the relationship, manage the relationship, educate the client about the product, understand the client needs, offer him / her the most suitable product to their need, market / price knowledge, talk about it with the client, the get the client approval that leads to closure. Follow up after the closure, and try to initiate another contact etc.
- Possess university degree that gained from reputable organization.
- Has hands-on experience in sales, team-management or any relevant discipline.
- Has good number of years working within sales function, gained from being working with highly sales-oriented business.
- Should be target & task oriented and pass the same culture to the entire team.
- Possess excellent selling techniques & skills.
- Articulate.
- Has hands-on experience in sales function with excellent business sense & knowledge.
- Has excellent market knowledge.
- Has excellent client relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Has excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and able to control him-self & the entire team.
- Has the initiative with the ability to identify weakness immediately and take the corrective actions accordingly.
- Able to keep close eye on the market trend and propose the corrective action accordingly.
- Attend daily, weekly & monthly meetings as it arise.
- Able to learn all rules & regulations related to the real estate market that issued by the Authorities. Also, to ensure that the entire team is in-line & in full compliance with these rules & regulations.
- Able to handle all financial matters related to sales function.
- Able to initiate & control the sales MIS of the team, and ensure updating the MIS on continuous basis.
- Reports any major MIS changes as it arise.
- Ensure effective liaison with other functions with the company.
- Team player.
