Job description / Role
Parkhouse Bell is currently recruiting several Sales and Property Consultants for one of the regions leading Real Estate companies. Our client is expanding their sales team to enable their company to manage a rapidly improving UAE property market.
Successful candidates will be looking after highly desirable property locations across Dubai and be responsible for sourcing properties, buyers, sellers, investors, developers and tenants to assess and to commit them to Sales/Leasing transactions. Candidates will be expected to keep up-to-date with the UAE Real Estate property laws, proposed developments, tenants, developers, investors, competitors and their market activities. Excellent communication, organization, and people skills are essential.
Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with a proven record in any of the following industries: Real Estate, Investment management, Time-Share/ Vacation Ownership, life insurance, recruitment, or any other high end sales position. You should be a solutions person, think like a consultant, be motivated by targets, and an autonomous professional.
Preference will be given to candidates that reside in the UAE and have a good understanding of the Dubai property market.
