Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Interact directly with clients mainly through telephone and emails.
- Call and organise meetings with training decision makers (Training and Development Managers, Talent Development Managers, Emiratization Managers) pertaining to Government, Semi Government, Oil and Gas Industries, Banks etc, and achieve a monthly target of 15 approved client meetings.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and regularly follow up
- Create, develop and maintain client accounts
- Convert prospective leads into long term clients
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle training enquiry requirements
- Create Initial Briefing Forms and Work Oders
- Direct Initial Briefing Forms and Work Oders to the designated departments
- Organize workflow and follow up internally between designated teams/ departments to meet customer timeframes in terms of proposal submissions
- Following up on business proposals till it is considered won, lost or suspended.
- Maintaining follow-up procedures to new and existing clients correctly and initiating them under minimal supervision.
- Manage existing Clients' accounts and farm more business.
- Work closely with Client Relations Manager to win more business and share updates proactively
- Identifying opportunities for sales and effectively presenting the unique selling points to secure new business.
- Maintaining detailed record of communication with clients on the internal CRM
- Aiming to attain pre-determined targets on assigned industry, region, territory etc.
- Seeking out new income generating opportunities to meet the company targets.
- Represent HNI in any Exhibitions or Conferences
- Assist with marketing initiatives.
