The Role

An FMCG stationary giant is seeking a Sales Representative to join their newly opened office based in Dubai.

This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a market leader where you have the opportunity to take full autonomy and responsibility to generate and implement sales ideas to the business. You will be reporting directly to the Area Business Manager and will have a territory of the UAE and neighbouring countries (not KSA).

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Support the Area Business Manager to develop sales within a defined region.
- Working as directed by Area Business Manager to support the Distributors to measure potential & increase distribution, develop and implement marketing plans and advertising programs.
- Creation and maintenance of account files including account information and business plans.
- Liason with other Internal Departments(Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance) to ensure synergies.
- Complete understanding and implementation of pricing/product, distribution gaps and trade promotions.
- Gather and submit detailed information on pricing, develop & present solutions to identfied business gaps and opportunities.

Requirements


Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

- A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience.
- Come from an FMCG background (food or non-food products).
- Relevant retail and B2B experience.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of Sales and Distribution in UAE (GCC an advantage.)
- Understanding of trade Marketing concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, PPT & Excel.
- Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
