Job Summary:
- The sales representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to the existent and potential clients.
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned customers.
- He/ she is also responsible for collection of receivables.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with assigned and prospective customers to generate new business for the organizations product range.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Coordinates sales effort with supply chain, accounting, logistics, marketing and technical service team.
- Analyzes the markets potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
- Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Requirements
- Holder of a BA or a B.Sc. from recognized university.
- At least 3 years experience in FMCG environment with similar role.
- Computer literate.
- Good Negotiating Skills.
- Good command of the English Language.
