Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking Iraqi Nationals for an established multinational elevator manufacturer to cover the Baghdad / Southern Iraq region.

This role is open to Iraqi Nationals only with fluency in Arabic.

To start with this role will cover both Sales and Service Sales.

Salary offered up to 11,000 AED dependent on experience, with additional incentive package available.

Sales
• Meet the client / Consultant / contractor.
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gather market and customer information
• Understand the company products and provide technical support to the Sales team during design phase of projects
• Carryout Traffic Analysis, workout all necessary dimensions to support consultants during design and advise an appropriate solution in a professional and effect manner
• When specification allows, calculate the material cost based on existing calculation tools or send to the factory for material cost
• Based on the material cost, calculate the total cost including all local cost (Installation, local materials etc) and prepare a quotation for the client
• Coordinate with other departments (Installation, projects, finance, safety etc) to prepare all necessary information for submitting with the quotation / tender (Including arranging bonds, special approvals, etc.)

Service Sales
• Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for services sales.
• Accordingly, propose tactics to generate and develop service sales.
• Develop strong relationship with clients.
• Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts.
• Review and document soon- to -be expired contracts for renewal process.
• Prepare quotations according to customer’s enquiry for maintenance, parts and repairs
• Manage assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed the target budget.
• Monitor financial status of his/assigned territory

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical /electrical engineer)
• Minimum of 4 years experience of which 2 years in an elevator company either in sales, design or installation
