Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To perform all tasks that help in achieving the companys goals like customer service and following all the rules and given instructions that aims to improve the sales and reaching the sales targets.

The senior sales in coordination with supervisor is responsible for all the tasks such as attending on time and wearing uniform, the overall appearance of his section customer service applying rules and procedures to achieve the companys main goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respect the time schedules and punching attendance cards for in and out of duty and wearing uniform while in duty
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Answering queries from customers
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
- Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters
- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- communicate customer requests to management
- assist in completing price changes within the department
- Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts

Requirements

- Middle / High School Graduate
- 1-7 years retail experience
- Computer literacy
- Should read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Flexible to change and Loyal
- Must communicate with customer to recognize their actual needs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions necessary
