Our client, a Multinational Manufacturing and Retail Company with regional office in JAFZA is currently seeking to recruit Sales & Marketing Supervisor. You will be directly reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director
OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The objectives of the Sales & Marketing Supervisor are
-To develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans including value based pricing, promotion, selection of target markets ;
-The evaluation and development of distribution channels. ;
-To manage the Sales Supervisors / Product Specialists, providing mentoring, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts in the sales /marketing organization.;
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans designed to give a clear picture of the product strategy, with a vision for the future to enable the division to achieve sustained growth.
Maximize the position of products within the public and industry.
Maintain a global strategic view of the International Music Industry trends.
Develop and implement effective promotional strategies
In conjunction with the Directors and Product Specialist, formulate a marketing plan and budget which will maximize our market share and return profitable growth and opportunities for the future.
Budget management and control, in accordance with the regional marketing plan.
Ensure stock control in each product group and for each model by optimal sales forecast, at both dealer level and within the company.
Key account management.
Development of tactical sales plan to ensure targets attained.
B2B Projects in Musical Instrument businesses
Lead, plan and execute the sales activities for related projects/events.
Call for all interested parties of a project and formulate relationships to offer a complete bid to a project owner.
Provide advice on the preparation and presentation of products/displays at the tender for a project.
Manage the Product Specialists and Sales Manager, providing mentoring, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts in the sales & marketing organization.
Oversee training needs of the internal subordinates.
Build solid relationships with key distributors and design initiatives to focus on sales as well as selling the Divisions products.
Provide distributors and staff of the company with appropriate training on the operation and sales features of all products.
Marketing and Business Acumen
effectively lead the Sales & Marketing team in the process of change and strategic planning.
translate business strategy into a set of innovative, actionable marketing and sales plans.
Marketing qualification or at least 3 years proven experience will be required
Make timely decisions in line with objectives by collating information and prioritizing information to judge the correct course of action.
Introduce and assist with the development of new business strategies that will mutually benefit the organization and its people.
