Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principle Accountabilities

Develop and maintain relationship with existing customers by responding and following up sales enquiries in order to achieve sales target.
Assist Regional Sales Manager in executing the confirmed orders with the execution and production team. Handling customer correspondence during the travel of the RSM in business trip to avoid losing any orders and to ensure achievement of sales target.
Provide sales offers to customers and convince the customer to accept the offer and conditions, and follow upon receiving the payment. Prepare the sales contract for customer and sales order internally. Follow up orders are entered in the production plan and communicate status to customer
Plan and coordinate the shipping plans with logistics. Obtain the freight to territory area and plan the shipping according to customers order to deliver the shipping as requested by customer.
Monitor the container loading and packing production line for all Japanese orders to keep the standard quality of the products and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend customers auditor to the factory, guide the facilities in the factory as well as visit R & D to explain products standards
Coordinate the packaging requirements with the purchasing manager
Investigate customer complaints and handle the same effectively to the department concerned. Get feedback from the customer.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

Graduate with bachelor degree
Relevant sales experience in FMCG industry (traditional trade)
Exposure to field sales preferred
Teamwork & Cooperation
