Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: The job holder is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative outputs within his geographical area. The incumbent is expected to deliver on outputs through the successful supervision of his team and business processes.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Manage excellence in-store execution of product displays in the trade.
2.Implementation of LTA & STA and ensuring proper tracking of progress.
3.Manage the business budget within assigned accounts.
4.Reporting:
To control his spending agreed from Trade Marketing Manager within his assigned accounts.
Prepare a score card business review on monthly basis for top outlets.

Team Management to ensure people development and delivery of business objectives
Coach, motivate and train.
Team holiday planning.
Tracking performance
Giving constructive feed back to all sales members.
70% from time to be in trade.
In charge for the collection and reconciliation.
Competition activity report on monthly basis.
Looking at opportunities and giving objectives to sales team during working with them in the trade.
Reporting to: Sales Manager

Requirements

University Qualifications: University Graduate preferably with a Business Degree.
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 3 years in FMCG
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Developing direct reports.
Building effective teams.
Motivating others.
Negotiation skills.
Planning and organizing skills
Language Fluency: English
