Sales Supervisor - Plug Ins - Dubai Festival City

As part of our Retail team, you are required to prepare annual sales budget of the showroom and provide input to Line to consolidate overall company sales budget.

You should be able to ensure general discipline of overall showroom staff, effective display of goods in the showroom to attract customers and give maximum exposure to products. You will supervise the daily cash collection and reconcile the same with the cashier and ensure that the funds are promptly deposited in the bank as per company policy to safeguard company's funds.

You will be responsible to supervise overall showroom activities and lead, train, monitor, motivate the sales team to achieve set goals and targets. You will also ensure implementation of and compliance with company's policy for sales, pricing, payments and financial policies and procedures to safe guard company's resources.

You will be located in the Regional Office, Dubai and will regularly coordinate with marketing department for price, availability of existing products and check on new products arrival.

Requirements

You should have previous management experience in retail showroom, preferably in electronics industry.

You will have strong commercial awareness and a passion for customer service. You will have excellent communication skills and effective planning and organizing skills. You should have the ability to make important decisions and motivate your sales team.

Competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office products will be beneficial.
