The RoleThe Role1. Serve the team's representatives (sales rep.) on leadership groups requiring team leader participation. Articulate and promote the team's work and act as a primary contact person for the team. 2. Coordinate and submit the team reports (schedules, target achievement status, developmental reports, annual leaves, team plan, etc) 3. Support Sales agents during sales, customer complaints, system wise, update and brief of products/service knowledge. 4. Inspire and carry out team vision and mission to achieve Sales targets. 5. Manage opening/closing of the shop, including the closing report at the end of the day. And identify problems with shop look and maintenance. 6. Manage the shop's inventory (stock) and assets. 7. Build harmony and team spirit among Sales agents and team leaders and act as an advisor or positive role model. 8. Analyze trends of sales and find various tools to maintain high level of achievements. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields. - 3-4 years experience. Competencies: (Personality and Skills) - Identify customer's requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations and act proactively for ensuring customer satisfaction - Ability to develop cooperation and teamwork while working toward solutions that generally benefit all parties - Capacity of recognizing owns feelings and those of others for motivating ourselves and managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships.
