Reporting to the Field Sales Manager - UAE, this role will be responsible to drive sales across the Traditional Trade Channel in Dubai, Sharjah & The Northern Emirates. The Supervisor will ensure that the front line teams meet their objectives by leading, coaching and developing individual capabilities. The Supervisor will also identify and support additional value creating opportunities that drive customer sales in support of the volume, share and profit objectives of the market.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree with 5+ years’ experience working in the field with reputable FMCG organisations

Must have good knowledge of the UAE market landscape and experience in Traditional Trade

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu would be preferred
UAE Driving license
