Employment: Full Time

An opportunity with a Multinational FMCG

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible to lead the team in delivering volume targets by category, distribution, visibility and coverage targets within the specified region. Other responsibilities would include Reviewing journey plans to ensure operational effectiveness of the team and ensuring collections are made in line with company payment terms. Reports focusing on activity done at a customer level related to POP, assisting in setting territory targets and striving continuously to build teamwork and a healthy team spirit.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed University with 3-6 years of experience with a Multinational FMCG in Kuwait or within the GCC countries

- 3+ years experience in Van Sales preferably in the Kuwait market (Current or Past preferred)

- Excellent communication and Leadership skills. Should have experience managing a team
