Employment: Full Time

A new company within the Al Futtaim group is being set up in Qatar to manage the rental of vehicles & the provision of driven services. This operation will be based in Doha with local management working in tandem with management & operational support provided by Al Futtaim Group UAE.

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to work within our Al Futtaim Vehicle Rental Operations team based in Doha, Qatar.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Maintain all customer documentation & administration, ensuring we have all relevant criteria for all agreements.
* Administration support to Business Development Manager including proposals and correspondence.
* Communicating with internal customers.
* Data entry and creation of reports.
* Assistance in creating purchase orders in SAP for the procurement of vehicles.
* Maintain and monitor the client and sales logs on a regular basis.
* Maintain and keep updated an inventory of new fleet vehicles.
* Spare key management.

Requirements

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* PC Literate
* Proficient in MS Office - especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
* Efficient administration skills
* Highly organized and customer orientated
* Good communications skills
* Driving license is an additional benefit
