We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for our Hertz Operations to be based in Dubai.

- As a sales support administrator your primary responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:
- Ensuring that all documents are scanned and stored electronically
- Ensuring that all documents are filed and stored in alphabetical order
- Ensuring that the electronic storage files are kept in desired format
- Helping the sales support team complete their daily, weekly & monthly tasks.
- Ensure the admin email is monitored and email are responded in a timely manner
- Ensure all Dubai police requirements are met on a daily basis
- Help to open up lease agreements in a timely manner as an when required
- Ensure that all relevant files are stored in correct format (Electronically also Hard Copies)

Requirements

- Over 2 years experience in an administration role with strong English communication skills
- Experience working in the Automotive industry is desirable
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel and knowledge in Sales processes
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with other
- Excellent customer interaction skills
