Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational insurance business that has offices worldwide and a growing presence in the Middle East. Due to expansion, our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Support Analyst to assist the sales and client management team on reporting and administrative duties.
You will be responsible for liaising with head office, preparing quotes and contracts as well as working with the legal team on relevant documents. You will analyse sales statistics, produce reports on figures and forecasts and present them to Senior Management. This will be a multitasking position where you will work alongside multiple departments in the Middle East and the head office in Europe. You will also correspond with external clients.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated ideally from a Western university. Experience within the insurance sector particularly in a sales support or sales analyst role is highly advantageous. You should have excellent communication and Microsoft skills. Our client has stated a preference for a native English speaker for this speaker. They will also consider candidates who have limited knowledge of the insurance sector but have worked within a bank or financial services or automotive company providing automotive finance.
