We are currently seeking a Sales Support Assistant to be based in Dubai who will provide sales support to the unit sales department of numerous divisions including Volvo Trucks and Buses, Linde and other divisions of FAMCO. You will also be providing system support (SAP R3 and CRM) to the designated unit sales divisions.
The key responsibilities of your role will include amongst others:
* Creating new customers
* Creating CRM quotations (based on information provided by sales staff) and sales orders
* Creating SAP R3 sale orders
* Preparing Proforma invoices
* Creating SAP R3 refunds, delivery orders and invoices
* Issuing PDI requests and keeping close cooperation with the unit inventory team and related workshops to ensure timely handing over to customer
* Completing post invoicing sales documents to complete the delivery
* Compiling monthly sales forecast based on information provided by the sales team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* A minimum of2 years' experience within Sales/Admin support, ideally coming from either the Automotive or Services industry
* Strong customer service experience
* Proficiency in IT/computer literate would be preferred, ideally with an understanding of SAP
* Relationship builder; the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers through selling techniques
* A degree or equivalent in Business Administration would be preferred.
* You must be well versed with the English Language and be able to communicate effectively via emails as well as face to face with clients/team members.
