Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salesforce Support:
- Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments.
- Provide sales representatives with details of customers’ orders and requests for quotations, and make them
aware of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.
- Handle phone calls or acknowledge customers’ e-mails for representatives who are away from the office.
- Manage the correspondence and communication between the sales team, clients and company departments
- Arrange travel or accommodation for sales representatives and process their claims for business expenses.
- Schedule diaries
- Process new sales leads until qualification and conversion to accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company
products, and to provide sales support.
- Respond to request for quotations, prepare quotations
- Create sales or service contracts for products or services.
- Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments.
Order Administration
- Handle incoming orders from sales representatives or via mail, fax, telephone, e-mail and online ordering.
- Process orders, create sales documents, send an acknowledgment to the customer and email or phone with
updates on order fulfillment and delivery.
- Check stock availability or production schedules and forward the order details to production and distribution
departments.
- Follow up with production, logistics departments and others for timely delivery of orders and their documents.
Records and Reporting
- Monitor customer accounts, create and maintain customer records
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers
and suppliers.
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Log any customer problems or complaints and prepare regular reports as summary
- Maintain sales forecasting reports and budgets.
- Prepare sales statistics and reports on sale

Requirements

We are looking for hard working, Western Educated admin professionals for this position. The role is working for a German company and requires a high level of professionalism and dedication. Candidates must be based in Ras Al Khaimah and prepared to work 5 days a week from 9am-5pm.
