We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to joining our Dubai office.  
The primary role and responsibility of the selected candidate will include the following

Day to day responsibilities

* Attend all incoming calls and coordinate/transfer to concerned person
* Maintain proper filing for all branch documentation
* Provide back-office support to sales team

Customer Service

* Must continually exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.

Procedures and policies

* Must ensure that FAMCO quality performance standards are adhered to
* Protect Company's assets and properties
* Strict compliance of accurate documentation

Personal Specifications
Job holder must be highly organized and focused. Team-oriented individual who understands and anticipates team requirements and needs. Open and approachable in his/her attitude. Friendly personality with sound understanding of cultural differences within the team

* University Degree / Diploma in Administration
* Interpersonal skills
* 2-3 years experience in an administrational support role
* Relationship management
