Job description / Role
Reports to Senior Manager - Bid Management supporting pre-sales & execution phase administrative activities. The sales executive is responsible for assisting Managed Service sales force in closing and implementing sales deals.
Requirements
Responsible for administration related to projects according to established policies and guidelines
Review project documentation for completeness and latest versions
Perform solution configuration on provided template
Proposal calculation on provided template
Proposal preparation on provided template and non-editable text modules
Ensure proposal is signed by authorized staff and send to client
Maintain contact with the project resources to ensure timely activity, integration and efficient progress and performance
Produce work orders on CRM (MEPs, Purchase requisitions, NOCs) and detailed reports and notifications as appropriate
Maintain project office documentation, archives and files. (MEP records, NOCs and License Registry, Change Requests, Issues Log)
Prepare regular reports and Capture of works-orders where required for project delivery.
Supports in bid work (RFP, vendor evaluation) Monitors Project Changes & Develops Issue & Risk Registers. Execute small & medium sized projects
