About the Job
Air Arabia is looking for smart, target driven individual with an ability to work independently to join its Commercial team. The selected candidate will assist the Manager, Sales team & Sales shops in activities related to selling Air Arabia products & services to the various distribution channels (travel agents, companies, free lancers, alternate channels & partners) and in gaining their commitment to promote them

Key Accountabilities
• Assisting Network sales teams by lending timely sales support.
• Assisting HOS & line manager in monitoring & analysis of network sales performance.
• Responsible to manage Accel Aero loging, accounts, privileges & ensure there is no misuse & take appropriate action where necessary.
• Maintain relevant audit logs for the use or various Accel Aero privileges & sales support actions.
• Responsible to dela with ISA in system development & enhancement to make Accelaero more sales friendly.
• Analyses & generates periodic MIS reports not limited to route review, station performance for sales teams using available tools such as AccelAero, Budgetplus etc
• Monitors flight loads & highlights areas or concern or opportunities to senior management & country managers.
• Generates sales agreements for GSA or any other distribution channels.
• Assists in new stations setup.
• Assist is sales training for staff, GSA & other distribution channels covering the reservations system Air Arabia ethos, products and services; booking process & terms & conditions.
• Assists in building and maintaining good working relationships with assigned distribution channels & ensuring they are regularly updated with Air Arabia product & service updates.
• Travel to stations & execute assigned tasks as required by line manager.
• Liaises with marketing department to ensure all stations are updated with POS & BTL material in timely manner.
• Conducts regular telesales to update & generate sales from distribution channels.
• Assists in identifying, organizing & participating in sales promotions.
• Assists in handling rebate requests from other airlines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous sales and marketing experience is preferable, Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Arabic is a must. Skills in other languages would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal / effective communication skills.
• PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications, especially MS-Excel
