Job description / Role
Our client in Jebel Ali is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support managers in the Sales & Marketing Division by tracking, investigating, creating and reporting sales information. Candidates must have extensive experience of using ERP. Reporting to the General Manager responsibilities will include:
• Managing the GM’s diary, meetings, travel and expenses
• Collecting and analysing information to produce reports
• Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data history
• Provide product, promotion and pricing information to distribution partners
• Assist the department with planning seminars and events by coordinating travel booking, schedules, hosting of guests and itineraries
• Manage the sales executive records in Excel
• Provide sales v projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and formatting material
Requirements
• Candidates must have extensive experience of producing reports in ERP
• You must have a strong financial background and be able to analyse data and produce findings. You must have proven loyalty and not changed companies often.
• Attention to detail is key for this role as there will be lots of data entry and analytical thinking.
• Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered
