Requirements

The sales division manages these relationships and the business support team ensures the necessary administration and customer service support is provided to the highest standards.
The role of the sales support specialist is to coordinate activities of the sales team. This means preparing tenders and quotes, purchase and sales orders, liaising with customers and principals and internal departments to ensure the sales process is completed efficiently and effectively on time.

Ideally the successful candidate will have worked sales support/customer service in the oil and gas sector. Knowledge of ERP, CRM software; advanced Excel/ Word is necessary.
It is imperative that the candidate is organized, confident and able to deal with pressure. Working in the team with a positive attitude while prioritizing and multitasking in order to reach the deadlines is also a perquisite.
