The Role


The Role


As a Sales Support, the job is to have a sharp and persuasive communication skills to initiate new accounts over the phone. A Sales Support also undertake administration and other office duties.

Task & Responsibilities:
- Calling prospects and booking meetings.
- Standardize documentation
- Develop Administrative processes
- Travel arrangements
- Marketing material review and printing
- Document review
- Client account tracking.
- Team Player
- Builds professional relationship
- Open to change.

Requirements


Requirements


- Minimum two (2) years experience in sales or telesales.
- Understanding of the wireless industry, preferably location technologies, like GPS
- Proactive in problem solving and tracing root causes of issues
- Versatile, hands-on, proactive, organized, team player, self-starter and analytic.
- Understanding and proficiency in tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong professional/academic credential including business background
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Basic telephone skills
- English language is a must and Arabic language is a plus.
