As part of our continuing growth, ADS Securities is seeking dynamic and committed professionals for the role of a Sales Trader - FX & Options. With a key responsibility is to provide information on the markets to facilitate trading and support client questions or issues with the trading platform, Sales Traders must always be well informed about the markets and proactively communicate on a regular basis with the companys client base. This individual will bring new clients and volume to the platform from existing relationships and is expected to follow up on warm leads. Other responsibilities will include: Monitor House and Client Exposures in compliance with company policy. Trade on Clients accounts in accordance with instructions. Be involved in Treasury and daily trade settlement tasks. Regular follow up with all clients and immediate follow up on high priority client issues. Participate in regular briefings and presentations internal and external. Maintain a consistent track record of excellent client service delivery and operational performance in an increasingly complex, regulatory and operating environment Identify services delivery issues and implement solutions. Proactively up-sell new products. Take orders from clients via phone and communicate them effectively to the Dealing Desk. Be aware and proactively monitor risk on all open options positions. Send out market bullet points to the rest of the team, management, and clients. |
RequirementsRequirementsWith a miniumum of 7 years of experience as a Sales Trader, the ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the market, trading and trading systems. They will have knowledge and experience managing client accounts and supporting client trading activities with an in-depth knowledge of the foreign exchange market, futures, options and several trading platforms.
