Sales Trainer

Job description / Role

A market leading automotive business in Dubai is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Trainer to the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Arabic speaker professional to join a progressive and enviable company in the UAE. Reporting to the Head of Training, the ideal candidate will have extensive sales training experience gained in the GCC and be confident leading a small team.
The key purpose of this role is to design and deliver suitable brand and product training programs to support the organization‘s development objectives and to enable establishment of a learning culture

Requirements

• Support the Line Managers in identifying training needs, deciding on the type and number of brand and product training required.
• Contribute to the formulation of the brand training plan and strategy and brand and product training based on the BU‘s needs.
• Adapt the training manuals received from the Principals and design suitable training materials for the store staff on an ongoing basis to equip them with their subject knowledge and enable them to render high quality customer service in the stores.
• Organize quality and cost effective brand and product training and ensure effective and timely administration of the training programs.
• Facilitate the brand and product training programme and deliver training courses to meet its stated objectives and motivate the attendees to imbibe the learning and apply it in the workplace.
• Conduct the brand induction programme, as required, for new joinees by providing them in-depth information on the products, job responsibilities, customer service standards and policies and procedures.
• Issue progress reports to document work progress and gather feedback from the participants as well as their Supervisors/ Managers to assess the effectiveness of training, its impact on staff performance.
• Organize and maintain brand and product training documentation and administration system, to store, retrieve and utilize training needs information, program details, attendance and feedback data and other relevant information that may aid decision-making and future planning.
• Remain abreast with developments in the field of training and facilitation and recommend suitable approaches that can be adapted to the training needs of the organisation. Where applicable, keep abreast of new trends in the industry, new products/services launched and ensure this information is cascaded to staff

• Graduate in any discipline
• Qualification in Training/Human Resources
• Excellent Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Computer proficient
• Experience in various aspects of training & planning, designing, delivery and administration
• Keeps abreast of development in training tools and learning aids, and has a strong understanding of learning management systems.
• Proficient in English language, Arabic would be an advantage.
