Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000 (Per Month)

A leading retailer is keen to hire a Sales Coach/Trainer to be an ambassador for this company, who represents, promotes and implements the training program. As a Sales Trainer theyassist the team in each boutique to grow and improve client satisfaction by taking service from excellent to exceptional.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the sales associate know, understand products and apply recommendations at all times.
- Listen, observe and evaluate the sales associate in real-life situations and role play.
- Analyze and debrief with the sales associate; identify their strengths and points to improve on; link their performance to Mystery Shopping results and make them aware of Client Experience Barometer scores.
- Create an individual action plan and have each sales associate take responsibility for its application; if required, help the sales associate implement this action plan, monitor its application, and use the Follow-Up Booklet and Notebook to check on progress.
- Inform the Boutique Manager & General manager of KSA and Bahrain of progress made by the sales associate and of action plan; consult with the Boutique Manager on the sales associate individual development plan.
- Make full and expert use of coaching tools (role play and scenarios).
- Coach the team on the sales techniques and products training.
- Take part in brand activities at international level and provide regular feedback (e.g. propose best practices and success stories).
- Relay activities back to the Boutique Managers.
- Regularly monitor Mystery Shopping and Client Experience Barometer results.
- Inform the General Manager of results; indicate potential for improvement and make recommendations.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence regarding competitors' methods and practices.
- Define the learning and development calendar (in-class and e-learning trainings) in coordination with the training department in Dubai.
- Manage organization and logistics of in-class learning and development programs and e-learning platform.
- Conduct in-class training sessions: local trainer and organizing international trainer visits.
- Create follow-up tools (quizzes, feedback, challenge) and conduct product training with every launch.
- Organize and prepare training with coordination with the Dubai training department.

Requirements

- At least 3 years experience in a job including product training (Area Sales, Travel Retail Representative, Marketing Product Manager).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates attention to details.
- Organization and analytical skills.
- Proactive, dynamic & solution oriented.
- Clear understanding of the luxury market and its competitors.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- French is a plus.
