Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for sales capability development across various regions in UAE. Assist Business Development Manager in Sales Capability development at the location. Position requires travelling for OJT/CRT across UAE.

Major Accountabilities:
- Accomplishes sales training objectives by orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees;
- To communicate job expectations; monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Determines training requirements by studying current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results; evaluating training effectiveness.
- Responsible to keep record of OJT Planners for the sales staff as well as prepare his own OJT plan, conduct OJT and coach. Maintain record of CRT/OJT and analyze and give recommendations to address specific training needs.
- Facilitate RED Project implementation, guide sales team for the enhancement of RED score and liaise with RED team for any update on the subject.
- Responsible to implement Green scorecard; developing, coaching and disciplining the sales force on the Green parameter.
- To communicate and reviewing Sales & development objectives and ytd performance through visual communication to the sales team on a regular basis.

Requirements

- Graduate with minimum of 3-5 years experience as Market Developer
- Through/In-depth Knowledge of Beverages/FMCG sales operations
- Must have strong communication skills in English
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Have a flair for training
- Computer Literate
- Salary for this position would be in the range of 8000 AED
