The RoleThe Role- Responsible to increase the distinctive capabilities of Henkel MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Detergents sales organization at management, customer contact and merchandising levels that authentically maintains a competitive edge to the company. - Responsible for usage of Henkel's sales standard tools and procedures in the field of organizing interactive and dynamic in-door and field trainings. - With high empathy for the use of the right training methods responsibility lies in fitting methods with learning and development needs. - Transferring learnings needs into action plans, sales training budgets in coordination with the Human Resources Departments' sales training and execution plan. Handling regional role in MEA |
RequirementsRequirements- Mandatory to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a respectable university in any relevant major. - Important to have acquired a minimum of 5 years experience in sales training, preferably within a FMCG environment. - Preferable to possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Fluent command of Arabic & English languages (spoken and written) is mandatory. - Strong managerial abilities. - Excellent command of MS Office Suite's applications. |
