Employment: Full Time

Highly dynamic and growing Moroccan fashion retail brand is looking for its talented Sales & business developer based in our Headquarters in Dubai.The right candidate will possess past experience in retail or sales of textiles.

Applicable candidates should:
- Supervise our retail stores team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai (3 stores at the present time)
- Develop goals, objectives, projects, and conduct campaigns, trade fairs, corporate events and other promotional activities
- Create and maintain direct contact with certain selected customers, be aware of their needs to meet expectations and guarantee customer satisfaction of our products
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and collections as per the market needs;
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising department in Morocco to plan each store's season's collection and jointly identify the optimal product mix to ensure profitable sales
- Monitor developed marketing plans and campaigns for the brand
- Direct the highest level of professionalism across each store by overseeing recruitment, training, management and career development of retail store staff.
- Ensure the development of our Brand in the UAE by identifying new strategic store locations to open
- Negotiate contracts with the main mall managers
- Manage stores fit out with contractors

Requirements

- Graduate preferably in the field of Business Management with prior work experience in Retail Management.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in retail required
- Knowledge of the market of fashion retail in the UAE
- Have Leadership, supervisory and selling skills
- Excellent time management, decision making, human relations, presentation, self-motivated, work under pressure, team player, and organization skills
- Proven B2B sales experience within a similar business
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Must have a strong knowledge in the Sales and Marketing aspects of a Retail business as well as retailing.
- Verbal Communication (Fluent in Arabic and English Language)

Our first international store opened in 2011 in Algeria; At the present time, we are operating directly 15 stores in this country and still speeding up our development. During the next 3 years, Diamantine Company is planning to open more than 120 stores in different countries : UAE, KSA, Koweit, Bahrein, Qatar, France.
