The Role


My client are a large UK based Design and Build Consultancy and they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager for the MENA region. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and will involve developing business opportunities and a commercial office portfolio with Interiors Contractors and large corporate Real Estate Developers.

The successful candidate will involved in driving business development forward through relationship, social, business and direct marketing to clients within the GCC region, such as KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

The Role:

Regional Sales & Business Development Manager
Manage the sales team and its activities.
Generate leads and develop client relationships.
Strategic marketing of the business in line with the business plan.
Develop clients across a broad range of sectors including, but not limited to, Government, Private Finance, Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Telecoms, Medical, Power, Energy, Mining & Natural Resources.

The Candidate:

Must have experience working in the Middle East.

Must be Degree Qualified. Preferably Marketing, Business Development, Business Management or Business Administration.

Candidates must have business development experience of working with commercial interiors contractors, large corporate Real Estate Developers or Project Management Consultancy.

Must have Sales Presentation skills.

Previous experience working in a Major City such as London, Hong Kong, Singapore.
