Sales and Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

Global Access is looking to recruit a Sales and Business Development Manager for one of our Environmental and Waste disposal Clients in Dubai.

They will be required to manage the Companies top 20 - 30 existing key accounts whilst generating new business.

1. Managing portfolio of wide ranging B to B products and services, primarily to large hotels, chain of restaurants, catering companies, industrial kitchen and large self -contained camps in remote location.

2. Developing relationship with other leading complimentary product and service providers across the region and globe for collaboration, business association and representation.

3. Lead a sales team of professionals from same industry or may lead an independent role of senior company representative for its services and products

Requirements

1. Minimum 8-10 years of leading sales/business development portfolio in a large/mid sized organization in the field of waste management, facility management, HORECA in a B to B environment.

2. Ability to develop a sales strategy and tactical plan for the region and product/services. Understand the need for revenue generation, profitability and customer satisfaction for developing a strong customer base and offering value added services.

3. Key account management, developing sales team members and experience of launching new services/products in new region/market experience will be critical in success of this role.

4. Self -starter, high energy with mature outlook and been in this industry for a long time.

5. Understanding of channel management, agent management and new markets will be highly beneficial.
